Vented Fireplace
When Should I Use One?
If your home is already equipped with a built-in chimney, then a vented fireplace is a great option. We will measure your existing masonry fireplace and choose the correct sized insert for you. All you need to do is pick your favorite log set!
How Do They Work?
The gas-powered log set is inserted into the existing masonry fireplace.
When in use, fresh air is taken in from outside to fuel the flame. The combustion fumes are released through the chimney, and the radiant heat/heated air is released into the room.
Vent-Free Fireplace
When Should I Use One?
If your home lacks a chimney and masonry fireplace, then a vent-free fireplace is the way to go. You will need to know where you want the insert to be placed in your home. Customization is key when choosing this option!
How Do They Work?
The gas-powered log set is inserted into a hearth that is built into the wall.
When in use, air is taken from the room to fuel the flame. The combustion fumes stay within the fireplace and are released into the room along with the radiant heat/heated air.
